How do I place an order?
STEP 1: Contact me by phone or email for a no-obligation quotation, or to request an order form. This can be returned by post, email, or confirmed by phone. Payment is required in full on ordering.
STEP 2: We will generate a selection of personalised designs for you to choose from. You can even send us your own image/photo to be incorporated.
STEP 3: We will email you design proofs within 5 working days. Once you have chosen your design and approved artwork, your order will be processed and despatched within 5 working days by Royal Mail or by courier for larger orders. Orders are prioritised in date order and every order is guaranteed delivery in time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Please make cheques payable to “Truly Scrumptious Goodies”, postal order, or through PayPal. Please note, orders are despatched upon payment clearing.How long will it take to deliver my order?
We ask for 10-14 days from receipt of order. However if you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your deadlines. We do have an express service if you require an order urgently (i.e. in less than 10 days) which is £7.95 extra.Does your chocolate contain nuts?
Although there are not nuts included in our products, it is possible that all of our products could contain traces of nuts from their manufacturing environment. All products come with an information sheet which includes ingredient declaration, storage instruction & best before date.Can i use any image on my bars?
Images should be submitted in J-PEG format by email. Alternatively you can post photographs – which will be returned with order. Please note some images do not scale well and it is likely that they will not print well. We will work with you to improve on such images, but additional charges may apply.Can i see the wrapper before it's printed?
Yes! We email a proof of the wrapper before printing. This means you approve the design before printing.Product quality
Personally hand-wrapping each bar gives your chcolate that personal touch. It also ensures that each bar will be in a perfect condition when delivered to you. This means we make sure each chocolate bar is not damaged and the message and/or image is printed correctly.
How will my products be delivered?
All our products are posted by First Class recorded post. Postage and packaging fees apply - dependant upon product weight. The postage and packaging cost includes the cost of all packaging supplied not just the postage stamp. We will advise you the cost of the postage once we receive your order. If you live with a 20 mile radius of our Tamworth office we can deliver to you door for a small charge.
